The only grievance made in these petitions is for issuance of tribe certificate in its proper name. The tribe certificate is issued to the petitioner as 'Mannerwarlu'. In fact, the tribe recognized in the Presidential Order is 'Mannervarlu'. The petitioner is already issued with the tribe certificate of Mannerwarlu, however, the spelling is wrongly written in the said certificate. 3.

We have also heard learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4.

We pass the following order :

On petitioner's filing the application, the respondent no.2 shall, after verifying that the tribe certificate is issued by the office, issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner as 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe, expeditiously. The petitioner shall submit the original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the concerned office.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
