Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 26-092024 passed by the learned Additional Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar refusing to grant stay in appeal No. 43/2024.

The petitioner challenged the order dated 03-05-

(2) 45wp4101.25 2024 passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar reducing one stage in pension after holding an enquiry.

The learned Divisional Commissioner considered the appeal and refused to grant stay.

Grievance of the petitioner is decision in the appeal may taken sometime and for that period, the petitioner would be deprived of getting full pension. This court finds that in such cases granting stay a care can be taken by directing the respondents to decide the main appeal. Hence, the learned Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to decide the appeal bearing No.43/2024 within a period of three months from today.
