Though this Court had granted Civil Application No.11095 of 2019 for withdrawal of amount, on 24.01.2020, as all the applicants were not before us, none of those in the said Civil Application have withdrawn any amount. This is a solemn statement made by the learned advocate, on instructions from the applicants.

By this application, applicant Nos.1-A to 1-G pray for equal shares from the amount of Rs.4,05,664/- along with accrued interest.

Considering the above, Mr. Ganachari, the learned advocate, whose client has deposited the entire amount, submits that as the writ petition has already been disposed off granting favourable orders to the applicants, this Civil Application can be allowed.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Each of these applicants would get an equal share of the amount of Rs.4,05,664/- along with accrued interest, subject to proper identification by the learned advocate and on tendering their identity proof and evidence of their permanent address.
