Perused the reasons stated in the order of which review is sought. Second Appeal No.709/2011 was dismissed on the ground that the judgment and order, which was assailed in the said Second Appeal, was subject matter of the Second Appeal No.350/2006.

In that view of the matter, since the judgment and order in Second Appeal No.350/2006 has attained finality, the review application seeking review of the order in Second Appeal No.709/2011 cannot be entertained.

For the reasons aforesaid, review application stands rejected.
