This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 19.03.2024. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner indicates that though the title clause of the Petition does not indicate the gender of the Petitioner, the Petitioner is a lady employee. 2.

In view of the above, the word "he" appearing in the order dated 19.03.2024, be replaced by the word "she". Similarly, the word "his" be replaced by the word "her".

The Petitioner prays for a change in her place of work, since she has numerous ailments. She has a renal cyst in the kidney. She has swelling on lungs and has asthma. She has cervical spondylosis. She also has pain in her waist. Hence, she submits that her pending Representation dated 14.07.2023 addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, may be considered on its merits.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let the Petitioner's Representation be considered by the Chief Executive
