This application is preferred seeking direction to respondent No. 2-Society to consider and take a decision on the proposal for one time settlement submitted by the applicant/petitioner on 14th February, 2020 (Exh. CA-2). In the said proposal, the petitioner has made a statement that the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount which the respondent No. 2 has deposited with respondent No. 1-Bank, towards the loan account of the petitioner.

There does not seem to be any impediment in considering the proposal for one time settlement, in accordance with the governing rules and policy of the respondents.

Respondent No. 2-Society is directed to consider and take decision on the proposal submitted by the petitioner for one time settlement (Exh. CA-2) dated 14th February, 2020, within a period of five weeks from today.

Hence the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
