Petitioner purports to question acceptance of nomination by the Election Officer on the ground that respondent No. 4 ought to have been disqualified for three children born to him after cut-off date. Objection, however, was not supported by any credible material, in absence of the same, objection could not be sustained by the Election Officer. This order purportedly is challenged in the present petition.

Learned Assistant Government Pleaders points out that pursuant to election programme, the elections are already over and respondent No. 4 has been declared to be elected whereas petitioner is defeated.
