Learned counsel for petitioners fairly concedes to the position that against the order impugned, an appeal is available. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw writ petition in order to enable the petitioners to prosecute the alternate remedy. He further requests that the period consumed during pendency of present writ petition be considered when it comes to condonation of delay while availing alternate remedy.

Request appears to be reasonable. In view of above, writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. In the case of delay, period consumed during pendency of writ petition be considered appropriately.
