The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause A as under:- "A) By issuing a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature the respondent- Chairman, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Mumbai, may kindly be directed to decide the petitioner's Memorial (Exhibit "A"), pending before him, within a stipulated period, by giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner."

Considering the solitary prayer put forth as above, we do not find any reason to keep this petition pending. Ends of

*2* 906wp3729o24 justice would be met by calling upon the Respondent/ LIC to decide the Petitioner's Memorial dated 09.06.2023 (44 pages), within a period of 90 days, if not already decided. The Petitioner shall serve a copy of this order on the Respondent by speed post A.D., expeditiously.
