Heard both sides.

The present applicants who are apprehending their arrest at the hands of Khultabad Police Station,
District Aurangabad in Crime No. I-27/2016, registered for the offences punishable under section 307, 324, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, are praying for their release on bail in the event of their arrest.

The prosecution case would show that on 21st February, 2016, in all nine accused had gathered and assaulted four persons with sticks, etc.

The injury certificates would show that out of those four injured persons, one Kisan Asaram Dandekar sustained grievous injury while the other three injured had sustained simple injuries.

Finding that the present applicants are women, family members of the principal accused and allegations are that they had instigated the principal accused, in my view, their custodial interrogation is not required. Therefore, the interim protection granted to them needs to be made absolute on same terms and conditions. Hence, the following order.

The interim protection granted to all the three applicants by this Court vide order dated 15th March,
2016 is hereby made absolute on same terms and conditions. The application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
