Order :-
1. Mr. Pathan, learned counsel for respondent No. 2, on instructions, states that change report/scheme submitted by the petitioner would be decided within six months. Learned counsel Mr. Choudhari for the petitioner submits that the same may be decided within four months, and other prayers with regard to charging fees for such searching files, appointment of district Wakf Officer in every district be considered. 2.
In view of that, respondent - authority concerned shall decide the change report/scheme, as submitted by the petitioner, within a period of six months from the date of this order. So far as prayer with regard to appointment of District Wakf Officer in every district is concerned, the petitioner may approach the Government in that
2 WP-4022.15 regard. Respondent may charge fees for searching files and certified copies as per notifications/circulars that may be prevailing. 3.
With aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
