PER COURT:

1] Mr.Pawar, learned counsel submits that under the Scheme promulgated by the Khadi and village Industries Commission, the petitioner submitted a proposal for Sanitary Napkin under the scheme SFURTI PROGRAMME. However, no decision was taken on the said proposal. The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to take decision on the said proposal (Exhibit B).

2] Mr. Deokate, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and 3 submits that the said scheme was in force till 31st March, 2015 and it has co me to and end on 31st March, 2015.

3] Mr. Deshpande, learned ASG submits that the said scheme was meant for traditional industries and the aspect of traditional industries is also defined under the scheme itself. The proposal submitted by the petitioner could not come within the ambit and purview of the said scheme.

{2} 918 sr. no..odt 4] As submitted by the respondents, that the scheme itself has come to an end on 31.3.2015, the relief claimed in the petition of directing the respondents to consider his proposal, would not survive. 5] Considering the above, Writ petition is disposed of.
