Learned Advocate for the Petitioner as well as Respondent No.2 submit that the present proceedings arise out of land acquisition proceedings filed before the Reference Court where the Petitioner had filed application for transfer of the matter to other Court, which was rejected by the District Judge, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition. 2.

Learned advocates submit that the Land Acquisition Reference itself has been disposed of and hence the present Writ Petition has become infructuous and, as such, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present Writ Petition. 3.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
