Through the learned Counsel for Insurance Company argued on merits of the appeal, at this stage I need not consider the merits of the appeal. However, after going through the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, I find it proper to allow the withdrawal of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh) by the applicants, subject to filing of their written undertaking in this Court within 15 days from the
