The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No.7 - Harnabai Bhimrao Jadhav, who admittedly died on 16.01.2023 by condoning the huge delay of 250 days. 3.

The application is strongly opposed on the ground of delay. However, considering the right to sue the application Pooja K.

920 CA 4137-2024 stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- (rupees Five Hundred only) to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad withing two weeks. 4.

The application is accordingly disposed of.

The amendment be carried out within stipulated period and after deposit of cost.
