PER COURT :- 1.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 1030 days caused in filing the first appeal. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant undertakes that he will not claim interest in respect of delayed period, if the compensation amount is enhanced in the appeal. Learned AGP for respondent Nos.2 and 3 strongly resisted the application.

In the light of above submission and for the reasons stated in the civil application, delay caused in filing first appeal, is hereby condoned. The applicant shall file undertaking to the effect that he will not claim interest for the delayed period. 3.

Civil application for condonation of delay is allowed and disposed off.
