The learned Counsel for respondent - insurer submits that this Court has permitted the applicant to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited before this Court and as such, this application deserves no consideration.

On perusal of the order passed by this Court on 20th November, 2015 it appears that the applicant has already withdrawn 75% of the amount.
