1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the affidavit filed by the respondent no.2 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, that the authority is considering the grievance of the present petitioner, so also that steps are being taken by the authorities with regard to the grievance made in the present petition, the petitioner at present may not press the writ petition and that the petitioner would further

WP 3714/15 - 2 - prosecute his grievance with the authorities as it is also stated in the affidavit of the Education Officer in paragraph nos.6 and 7 of his affidavit.

2] Writ petition as such is disposed of as not pressed. Needless to state, liberty is given to the parties to move in case occasion so arises. No costs.
