Learned advocate for the applicants states that inadvertently a submission went through him on 1st February, 2018 while order was passed in civil application No.1349 of 2018 letting withdrawal by applicant No.4 as him being major. However, later on it was realized that as on the date applicant No.4 is yet to attain majority. In the circumstances, learned advocate seeks modification that the order be corrected and reference to applicant No.4 be deleted from said order giving liberty to applicant No.4 to make an appropriate application. 2.

Having regard to aforesaid, figure "4" appearing in the

{2} ca5165-18 second sentence of paragraph No.2 of order dated 1st February, 2018 "Balance amount be paid to applicants 1 to 4 since, it is now stated that applicants, 2, 3 and 4 have now attained majority" shall be deleted and said sentence shall be read thus- "Balance amount be paid to applicants No.1 to 3, since it is stated that applicants No.2 and 3 have now attained majority."

Aforesaid sentence shall be deemed to have been subsisting from 1st February, 2018 and shall be substituted and read accordingly. Applicant No.4 may file appropriate application as and when occasion arises.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
