By order dated 12th August, 2025, Director of Education (Primary) was directed to pass fresh orders with regard to the absorption of the Petitioner.

2.

The Director has taken a decision that the Petitioner could not be absorbed in the service. Affidavit to that effect is filed stating that a Criminal Case is lodged against the Petitioner. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Petitioner makes a grievance that, the order is arbitrary and unreasonable. 4.

If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, the

As the decision is taken in the case of the Petitioner, we are of the view that the order is complied with.
