Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.P. for the State. None present for respondent No.1. 2.

The Division Bench of this court by order dated 16.10.2015 stayed the effect of award under appeal on condition that the applicant to deposit 50% of the amount under award within a period of 12 weeks from the date of said order. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that amount is ready with the applicant and the applicant would deposit the same within two weeks from today. In view of this, time is extended by two weeks from today to deposit 50% of the amount under award as per the order of the Division
