Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Counsel for the respondent / Insurance Company i.e. original appellant. Having regard to the grounds of objections raised in memo of the appeal in exception to the impugned Award and considering the averments in the application for withdrawal of the amount, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.

ORDER

1.

The applicants are presently permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rs.Eight Lakhs) from the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any nationalized Bank till disposal of the appeal. 3.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
