We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The affidavit is filed by the Deputy Commissioner (Development). Para 6 of the affidavit reads thus: "6. I say and submits that, the State Government by its another communication letter dated 10.08.2018 has given guidelines in respect of the Prime Minister Awas Yojana Scheme and directed to follow process as per guidelines prescribed in the communication. Accordingly the present deponents following the process as per scheme and in view of that name of the

992-WP-3687-20 petitioners are included in the "D" list prepared for purpose housing programme and further process is going on as per the scheme. Copy of the communication letter dated 10.08.2018 is annexed herewith and marked as R-4."

Perusal of the aforesaid, it appears that the respondent has included the names of the petitioners in the "D" list prepared for the purpose of housing programme and the further process is in progress. The claim of the petitioners is not rejected. The affidavit further states that the respondent No.1 communicated the same to the petitioners that their names are included in the "D" list prepared for the purpose of housing programme and they will get the benefit as per the procedure prescribed for Prime Minister Housing Scheme. 4.

In the light of affidavit filed by the respondent No.1, the grievance of the petitioner to the major extent is redressed. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
