Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner for some time. 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 6th January 2025 passed by the learned Tahsildar, Purna whereby allowing the application filed by Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 under Section 5 of the Mamlatdar's Courts Act. The same came to be allowed.

The petitioners have already preferred revision (wrongly styled ROR Appeal) before the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Gangakhed Dist. Parbhani. The said appeal is filed in February 2025 and the same is still pending.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition as the revision is pending before the learned Sub-Divisional Officer.

The petitioner is at liberty to prosecute the revision before the learned Sub-Divisional Officer at the earliest. 6.
