As per order passed by this Court dated 8.2.2016, stay to the execution of judgment and award under appeal is granted in the same terms as are stipulated in order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in civil application No. 13283 of 2015 dated 16.10.2015. The order passed by this Court dated 8.2.2016, though is in terms of order passed by the Division Bench in the said civil application, the same is to be read and interpreted in the manner that the execution and operation of the award impugned in the present appeal, shall stand stayed on the condition of depositing 50% of the amount covered by the award within a period of 12 weeks from the date of order i.e. 8.2.2016. Civil application is disposed of.
