Considering the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and in view of the earlier order passed by this Court permitting the applicants in the connected appeals for withdrawal of the compensation, the applicant no.1 herein is hereby permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
