It appears that, after filing of the present contempt petition, the respondent has rejected the claim of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, said decision is challenged by filing writ petition.

In view of the fact that, the proposal of the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate ground is decided, though belatedly, the contempt stands purged. The contempt petition stands disposed of. No costs.
