The petitioners have put forth prayer Clause 'B' as under :- (B) By an appropriate writ, direction or order, to the respondent no.2 Scrutiny Committee Nandurbar, Nandurbar may kindly be directed to issue the Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate in favour of the petitioner within appropriate reasonable time, for that purpose this Hon'ble Court may pass appropriate orders and directions.

The learned AGP had sought a pass over to take instructions. 3.

Considering the prayer put forth by the petitioner, the learned AGP submits that, if his claim for issuance of the Scheduled Tribe certificate is not yet decided, the committee can decide the same

WP 6111-2022 within a particular period.

As such, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.2 committee to adjudicate upon the request of the petitioner for issuance of a Scheduled Tribe certificate for Tokre-Koli, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30-09-2022.
