The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, yesterday the petitioner has paid the full fees. The validation proceeding is pending since 2017.

Considering the fact that the matter is of the student and his future course is depending upon the judgment of the Scrutiny Committee, we direct the Scrutiny Committee to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 28.03.2018.
