The learned counsel for petitioners on instruction submits that he wants to avail alternate remedy available under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act and for that he wants to withdraw the proceedings. Disposed of as withdrawn. 2.

It appears that some amount is already deposited by the petitioner for entertaining the petition which is withdrawn by the Society. This amount can be considered in the proceeding like revision which may be filed.
