The petitioner is before us praying for a direction to respondent No.2 for issuance of a Scheduled Tribe certificate of 'Tokre Koli'. 2.

The learned AGP submits on instructions and by placing a copy of the order dated 04/10/2021 on record that the claim of the petitioner has already been decided by the committee and he has been refused the Tokre Koli Scheduled Tribe certificate. The said order is marked as "X" for identification.

The learned Advocate submits on instructions that the petitioner has not received the said order earlier and would challenge the order

WP 6117-2022 dated 04/10/2021 by preferring a writ petition. This writ petition, therefore, can be disposed off.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty as is prayed for.
