Leave to amend civil application. On amendments being carried out, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). 2.
Upon amendments being carried out to civil application and consequentially to writ petition, notice be issued to respondents returnable in six weeks thereafter.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that possession pursuant to the distress sale has not been handed over to respondents. If that be so, possession, if any, of the applicant may not be disturbed till returnable date.
