PER COURT :- 1.

This is an application for withdrawal of the amount. 2.

Mr Patil, learned counsel for the acquiring body and Mr. Yadav, the learned AGP opposed the application on the ground that the Reference Court has granted exorbitant compensation. 3.

Today the Award is in favour of the applicant. It would be in nobody's interest to keep the amount idle.
