PER COURT :- Since the challenge raised by the petitioner is to the interlocutory order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, during pendency of the Original Application, no interference is called for in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Tribunal has already issued direction in respect of placing of the matter for final disposal at admission stage and in this view of the matter, no direction as regards expeditious disposal, also need be issued. Writ petition is dismissed.
