Learned APP submits that now offences under sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2) and 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act have been added. So also certain other sections have also been added under the Indian Penal Code and it is also stated that after sanction has been given, permission has also been sought from the Special Court under MCOC Act and custody of present applicant has been handed over to the concerned Investigating Officer. 02.

In view of above said information, learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the application with liberty to approach the Special Judge under the MCOC Act for appropriate relief. 03.
