Today, the Registry has produced the matter in chamber, pointing out the typographical error in the order dated 8.12.2016 passed in this criminal application, as the last sentence of paragraph No.5 of the said order is inadvertently typed as "Rule discharged" instead of "Rule made absolute".

In view of the above, the last sentence of paragraph No. 5 of the said order be read as "Rule made absolute" instead of "Rule discharged". The order dated 08.12.2016, passed in this criminal application stands corrected to that extent.
