Issue notices to the respondents. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for the State and Special Land Acquisition Officer. Learned Counsel Mr. L.C. Patil waives service of notice for the original claimants. 2.

Heard learned Counsel for both sides.

The impugned judgment and award is stayed till final disposal of the appeals, subject to deposit of entire compensation amount alongwith interest by the applicant, in this Court within 8 weeks from today. In default to deposit the compensation amount as directed above, the interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated.
