1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, he failed to remove office objections within stipulated period, as such, by order dated 01.04.2024 the Registrar [Judicial] dismissed the petition for want of removal of office objections. He further submits that there is delay in filing the present application and the same is not intentional and deliberate act on the part of the applicant. He further submits that the applicant is a lady and she has two minor children. Considering the said fact, the present Civil Application may be allowed by condoning delay in filing the present application.

6013.25CA 2] Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondent opposed the application and submits that writ petition may not be restored.

3] It appears that the matter pertains to maintenance and the same was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. The applicant is a lady and she has two minor children. Considering this aspect of the matter, delay is condoned. The order dated 01.04.2024 passed by the Registrar [Judicial] is quashed and set aside and the Writ Petition is restored to its original position. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
