The Petitioner submits that the Change Report Nos.409, 410 and 411 of 2021 be decided within three months. 2.

The Change Reports cited are hardly one and half years old. There are several change reports pending before Respondent No.2. Just because the Petitioner has approached this Court, would not mean that this Court should expedite or direct a hearing out of turn causing disadvantage to those who are in queue.
