Present application has been filed by the original claimants for getting the delay of 2636 days condoned in filing first appeal. The claimants intend to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court in order to enhance the compensation. 2.

Learned AGP has strong objection to allow the application on the ground that the delay is huge and inordinate and has not been properly explained.

Taking into consideration the reasons, those have been mentioned in the application, delay stands condoned.
