Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after this Court granted interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C) by order dated 22.7.2004, when the petitioner was in the I Year of the Bachelor of Engineering / Technology Course comprising of four academic years, she has completed her B.E. as well as her M.E. in the interregnum and this petition has now become infructuous.

Learned AGP for the State does not have any objection. 3.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off as being infructuous.
