It is informed that the learned counsel for the petitioner is to get married very soon.

The petitioner has put forth an innocuous prayer at clause 'B' which reads as under :- B) The respondent No. 2 the Commissioner Municipal Corporation Aurangabad may kindly be directed to consider and decide the application/representation dated 28/12/2020 fled by petitioner for appointment on Class-4 post by nomination.

Considering the above, since the learned Advocate Mr. S. B. Deshpande is one of the empanelled advocates for the Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad and who is present in the Court, we requested him to assist the Court. He has graciously done so and submitted that the representation can be decided within three months by following the due procedure.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the expectation that respondent No. 2 - The Municipal Commissioner shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28th December, 2020, strictly in accordance with the rules, regulations/policies applicable, on or before 30th September, 2022. We make it clear that the response on the representation would not create a cause of action to the petitioner since the claim is that he wants an appointment in Class IV category.
