We have heard learned advocates for the parties. He shall also submit original tribe certificate with incorrect spelling to the concerned
Sub-Divisional Officer, whereupon the said officer shall verify the record of issuance of the certificate. If the officer is satisfied that the petitioner's claim is correct, then corrected tribe certificate shall be provided to the petitioner within a period of six weeks of production of the incorrect tribe certificate. If, for any reason, the petitioner's prayer is not granted, the officer shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner.
