The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that this petition has been filed only to seek a direction to respondent No.2 to correct the spelling of his tribe set out in the caste/tribe certificate issued by the said authority himself. Actual spelling of the Scheduled Tribe is "Mannervarlu" and not "Mannerwarlu" as it appears in the caste/tribe certificate.

The learned advocate for the petitioner places before us the order passed by the coordinate Bench of this Court dated 06.06.2019 in Writ Petition No.6391/2019 filed by Vinayak Ramkishan Yenglod vs. State of Maharashtra and others.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the

*2* 929wp6392o20 direction to the petitioner to submit the original tribe certificate dated 14.08.2013 to respondent No.2/ SDO. The said officer shall verify it's records as regards the origin of the certificate and upon finding that the certificate is issued by the said authority, shall correct the spelling of the Scheduled Tribe so as to read as "Mannervarlu". kps (AVINASH G.
