Last time i.e. on 07th March, 2022, this Court had passed the order that if arrears of maintenance are not deposited within a week, the petition would stand dismissed. The said order has not been complied with. It is informed that learned counsel for the petitioner could not establish contact with the petitioner.

Admittedly, the petitioner is in police service. He has not complied with the order to clear the arrears of maintenance. Criminal writ petition, therefore stands dismissed. In view of dismissal of writ petition, criminal application also stands disposed of. ( R.G. AVACHAT, J. ) SSD 1 / 1
