Only challenge in this petition is to the order of status-quo granted at the initial stage till the appearance of respondents therein. It is the contention of the petitioners that the said status-quo order is thereafter vacated observing that said order was granted only till appearance of respondents. He submits that said order should be continued.

This court by order dated 16-03-2022 had directed

(2) the parties to maintain the status-quo till further orders. However, subsequently when it was pointed out to the court that by taking advantage of the status-quo order the petitioners had created obstruction in the road, this court, therefore, by order dated 04-05-2022 directed the Tahasildar, Ahmadpur to remove the obstruction as reflected in the panchanama and status report of the Tahasildar. Thus, it appears that as on today, obstruction i.e. caused is removed as recorded in the order dated 04-052022. 4.

Since the revision petition application is already pending before the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Ahempur, this court feels that it would be proper to direct the revisional authorities to dispose off the revision pending before it. 5.

Learned Sub-Divisional Officer shall make endevour to dispose off the said revision within a period of two months from today by maintaining the status-quo as appearing in the order dated 16-03-2022 passed by this court in this writ petition.
