None appears for the petitioner.

Present petition was directed to be heard along with Writ Petition No.2881/1999. The said writ petition has been finally disposed of by this Court vide order passed on 18th August, 2010.

Since no one has appeared in the matter and the matter has come on the Board after a long lapse of time, by way of last chance, the matter stands adjourned to 2nd May, 2017.

If the matter is not worked out on the adjourned date, the same shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution." 2.

Even today none has appeared for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the petition further. The petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. Civil Application, if any, stands disposed of. Rule discharged.
