The learned Government Pleader and the learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the representation submitted by the petitioners are not decided by the Commissioner, then the Commissioner may decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months. The petitioners may appear before the Divisional Commissioner on 24th June, 2019.
