In the event, the Petitioners are held to be entitled for compensation in view of their lands having been utilised in the project, the appropriate procedure as is prescribed under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, shall be initiated and the acquisition shall be completed within the timeline as is prescribed.
