16TH MARCH, 2016 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant had been enlarged on bail during pendency of appeal before sessions court, bearing criminal appeal no. 21 of 2012. He further makes a reference to various aspects involved in the matter and contends that having regard to the same and further that the applicant would abide by the conditions of bail and that there are no antecedents of criminal offence save and except in this pending matter, application may be granted.

He further refers to that civil proceedings initiated at the instance of complainant against the present applicant and another have been dismissed in the court of first instance. 3.
Having regard to aforesaid, application is granted in terms of prayer clause (B) and disposed of.

Applicant shall be released on bail on the same conditions as were subsisting while bail had been granted by sessions court, however, with execution of fresh bonds.
